PARTIAL PROTECTION

The Client will have the right to protection of the rented car in cases of theft, robbery, fire and crash, participating obligatorily with a value up to 10% on the new car’s value, evaluated in the rental market.

• Protection to personal damages caused to the others up to the limit of R$ 100.000,00;
• Protection to material damages caused to the others up to the limit of R$ 50.000,000;
• Protection to personal damages caused to the rented car occupants, according to the limit of DPVAT;
• Exemption from the payment of loss of profit (time when the car is out of service for repair).

PROTECTION PLUS

The client will have the right to protection of the rented car in case of theft, robbery, fire and crash, increased to all offered benefits in the Partial Protection, with reduced obligatory participation up to 5% on the new car’s value, evaluated in the rental market. PROTECTION FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

(Daily Rate per driver: R$ 5,00) If the client chooses the Protection for Additional Drivers, the client will have the right to the extension of the contracted cover for drivers previously identified and registered in the car rental contract.

IMPORTANT: Not included in Yes Protection Service: accessories, wheels, tires and car glasses, vandalism acts caused by others and bad usage of the car, such as: damages to the stuffing and tapestry, scratches on the car’s painting, etc. The loss of Yes Protection Service will occur when: there’s negligence and imprudence, serious guilt or fraud, the driver doesn’t present the receipt or the protocol of the police report or expert report (if there’s a victim), the driver transfers the rented car to a non-registered driver, who is not authorized in the car rental contract and doesn’t fill out the casualty report, which is in the car rental agency.
